The new CLS Leaders the Brand new design idiom of Mercedes-Benz, which Will Be Recognizable with its clear shapes and lines that are reduced. Its character is marked by a grille shape that widens towards the base along with a forward-slanting front part. Other features include broad, low-set headlamps and two-section tail lights. In exactly the same time the layout reflects the timeless aura of the initial CLS, which founded a new section and quickly turned into a design icon. All CLS models are equipped with brand new engines: in-line six-cylinder and in-line four-cylinder units as diesel and petrol versions. Like its predecessors, the new CLS exude self-assured sportiness in exemplary style: a highly emotive vehicle offering impressive long tail and acoustic relaxation coupled with thrilling, unrivaled technology. The four-door coupé will enter the marketplace in March 2018.
2019 Mercedes CLS Exterior and Interior
The new CLS will continue to have a slick coupe-like shape, though It’ll be slightly bigger than the car it replaces. Its surfaces are somewhat cleaner with fewer creases, and also the front end now has Mercedes’ new design with the large grille and angled headlights that are very similar to the two the AMG GT sports car along with the 2018 A-Class.
In the back, the old car’s distinctive diagonal brake light units Have been replaced with slim horizontal ones, which will produce the CLS more functional as the boot opening will be simpler to load large items into. However, some critics have said the new styling is not exciting enough and not enough of a change in the older car.
While the present CLS has an inside that doesn’t share many parts with other Mercedes models, the new car uses the majority of the latest E-Class’ inside. That is no bad thing, though, since the E-Class is among the most luxurious saloons available and even slightly treads on the feet of the S-Class flagship.
This new CLS will feature the enormous ‘widescreen cockpit’ screens From both those automobiles, which sees the device cluster and infotainment screen tacked together to create a huge display that stretches over halfway across the interior. The new steering wheel is pinched from the S-Class too, along with the air vents glow blue or red depending on the temperature you’ve set. Mercedes says the heated seats are bespoke to the CLS and hand-finished.
Customers stated that the CLS should have five seats, so there’s a Small middle seat squeezed in between the two outer back chairs for the very first time. Together with the car being more, it’ll have marginally more passenger space and a larger boot than the old one, but the swoopy roofline will mean headroom isn’t up for E-Class levels.

Mercedes is operating on a four-door version of the AMG GT, therefore there Won’t be a growling AMG V8 version of the CLS. The range-topping AMG 53 model will be unveiled at the Detroit Motor Show in January 2018 using a 2.9-liter six-cyl gas producing a healthy 429hp and expected to punch the AMG 53 from 0-62mph in about four seconds.
